We want you to be completely happy with your Scruvs order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

1. Returns Window

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@scruvs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back to us without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping

We offer free returns on all eligible items within our 14-day return period. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. We recommend using the return method provided by Scruvs to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, embroidery items, final sale items, and items purchased during clearance or promotional events are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
